Monthly Ministry Report: February 2012

Dear friends

Hope this mail finds you all well and strong in the power of his might, I am well and doing well, I would like to extend my gratitude for your financial and prayer partnership with us in ministry in the month of February. We look forward to your continued partnership in the months to come. May God bless you for your willingness to partner with us in the immense work of the Lord. Please find below this month’s achieved ministry activities and some pending prayer items for things in the near future, but above all help us thank and celebrate the hand of the Lord in all we have done and seek to do, “Philippians 4:4-9”

Ministry report for February Zimbabwe

1. Follow up meeting with Ben from North side community church (6/02/12)

2. Meeting with Harneck from River of life Westgate (6/02/12)

3. Outreach in Avonlea (Reformed Church Sports Ministry team) (11/02/12)

4. Global Sports Friends graduation (14/02/12)

5. Cuthbert's visit to Murehwa to meet with headmaster (14/02/12)

6. Sport presentation to ACE kids at Mount Pleasant sports club (15/02/12)

7. Meeting with Harneck’s church team for an Indaba in Westgate (15/02/12)

8. Meeting with Ben for Ubabalo material update and proposed curriculum for planet sport (15/02/02)

9. Training trip to SA (17/02/02)

10. Meeting with Bernie on Zimbabwe level one preparations (19/02/12)

Prayer concerns

· Overall running of sports ministry in Zimbabwe and a functional working team

· Ministry truck by the end of this year

· Ubabalo training follow up and church model

· Continued partnership with River of life Westgate

· Practical engagement and feedback of the envisioned team

· Strength and wisdom for the graduates as they serve the Lord, in their communities

· Continued partnership with the school in Murehwa for discipleship of young people

· Pray for the kids and their parents who were there to open their hearts to the Lord

· Ubabalo and kids-games TOT to be done at River of life Westgate in March

· Pray for Planet sport, Ben's ministry seeking to carry out sports ministry in Zimbabwe

· Smooth training at the workshop from the 21st of February to the 1st of March

· Pray for level one preparations and the participants we are expecting

Level School 2 in Kabwe Zambia for 28 days

We are sending three candidates to a sports ministry level 2, school in Zambia
