ISLT Level 2 in Pictures...

Trusting God for a passionate kingdom generation movement

Three months before the month of August was filled with much prayer for the preparation of the ISLT level two which was scheduled for the 10-17th of August at Willow Park campsite in Bulawayo.  

On the evening of the 11th of August a team of 14 passionate servants of the kingdom from Bulawayo, Harare, Zambia, United Kingdom and South Africa sat together in a cosy thatched hall sharing who they were and their expectations of the week which lay ahead of them. 

Challenged by a call to abide in God in-order to bear fruit in  John 15:1-5,  the team went before the Lord asking Him to lay specific burdens for his kingdom, which is exactly what the Lord did to all of us by the evening of the 17^th of August.

Greetings

I hope this month’s unfolding gave birth to you a deeper longing and walk with our Father in heaven as you diligently sought to serve him. I am thankful to God for thus far he has brought us as a ministry in his service. Key focus for us this past month has been our awareness to the intensity of the resistance we suffer as we seek to achieve kingdom business in the anointing we posses in God.

Dear friends

The unfolding of both the months of May and June have been filled with a lot of different turns in terms of our ministry engagements as SCOZ, challenging and calling us to walk on water and doing things differently as God nudges us to listen and obey. As a ministry  experienced a challenging patch in terms of activity follow up, core direction and a shaking in terms of where we need to focus and emphasise our efforts on, it has been both exciting and trying. During my trip to Cape Town, a strong word which hit me and the ministry activities at SCOZ was the following verse, “ 1 Corinthians 9:24 Do you not know that all the runners in a stadium compete, BUT only one receives the prize? SO run to win. 9:25 Each competitor must exercise self-control in everything. They do it to receive a perishable crown, but we an imperishable one.”

Greetings and blessings to you all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I sincerely hope this month’s update finds you well and in the strength and leading of God. I thank God for having have brought us this far as a ministry through all the highs and the lows, indeed God’s has been a “light unto our path and a lamp unto our feet”. Please continue to remember us in ministry through your continued prayers and monthly financial gift; they help us brave on for God’s supremacy.

• May 3 team debrief with other ministries over the missions awareness day @ Life Ministries in Mount Pleasant
